Uplands Enterprise Trust (UET)
Uplands Enterprise Trust (UET) is a Swindon based Charity that helps young people with Special Educational Needs or Disabilities (SEND) to help themselves. UET is led by a knowledgeable board of voluntary trustees and strategically led/managed by experienced SEND professionals.
Skills for Life
UET was launched in 2012, but the Trust is constantly developing, expanding and changing to improve the lives of disabled young people within Swindon and surrounding areas.
UET provide a Skills for Life & Skills for Work offer for post 18, Saturday club as well as work experience within their charity shops and farm for their educational partners. This gives young people the opportunity to experience work and earning an income!

Senso and UET
The Head of ICT at Brunel Multi Academy Trust volunteers his time and IT knowledge at UET to support the young adults with any IT issues they would otherwise struggle with. He reached out to Senso.cloud, to see if there was any way we could help support the charity. Being a charity, they rely heavily on fundraising as they don’t have the funds to splurge on all the latest IT equipment amongst many other things.
Senso donated 20 Enterprise licenses FREE of charge to the charity enabling them to work safely and efficiently. Our software offers safeguarding capabilities, enabling online monitoring to enhance safeguarding efforts and abilities with comprehensive keyword libraries developed in partnership with expert organisations. Our software also enables teachers to remotely manage each individual device too!
Enhancing Learning for Young People
We pride ourselves on being able to do what we can, where we can, so we felt it was only right to enhance learning for these young people. Hopefully they will enjoy their free licenses as much as we enjoyed donating them. If you want to learn more about UET and the great work that they do, browse their website here.
